Tipp Monroe Community Services is pleased to announce the winners of the Annual Thanksgiving Coloring Contest. This contest is open to students in grades K-7. Prizes are awarded to First, Second and Third place contestants. Congratulations to these and the other 241 talented artists who entered the contest.
