Love Your Computer

“Love Your Computer” is the title of the newest program now offered at Tipp City Public Library. It will be led by Information Technology Support Specialist, Robert Cain, who recently joined the library staff.
Two sessions are planned for Wednesday, Nov. 10. One is at 5:30, and the second at 7 p.m. Cain will answer participants’ questions regarding issues with computer operations, email services, and the Internet at each hour-long program.
Cain is well-suited to lead this program. He has an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences in Telecommunications from Edison State Community College. Also, he comes to Tipp City Public Library after working the past six years as an Information Technology Assistant at Clark County Public Library, Springfield.
Program attendance will be kept small so participants’ questions can be fully addressed. Registration is required. If openings are not available, don’t worry. Two more sessions will be offered at the same times on Wednesday, Nov. 17. Make plans to attend, bring your questions, and welcome Robert Cain to the library. Cain is married, and the couple lives near Huber Heights.

Teens Learn to Cook

Teens can learn to cook healthy, easy, nutritious meals at Teen Chow Know How. Sessions are set for Fridays on Nov. 05 and 19, from 4 to 6 p.m. Best meals for lunch is the topic on Nov. 05, and dinner options are on the menu for Nov. 19. Students will eat their work at the end of each program. Registration is required.
