March 15, 2010 City Council Agenda

City Council will start with a 6:30 p.m. Executive Session to discuss pending litigation. A study session is also scheduled to discuss the pending retirement of the Street Superintendent and a potential reorganization as well as the adoption of a new City logo.

The Council meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. with Mayor Gillis scheduled to present a proclamation for American Red Cross Month. Council will then consider a resolution endorsing the existing conditions assessment phase of Miami Valley Regional Planning Commissions Going Places – An Integrated Land Use Vision for the Miami Valley Region. Lastly, Council will consider two motions. The first motion would authorize the Police Chief to sign a temporary alcohol permit to allow alcohol to be served on the public street for the What a Girl Wants Fashion Show on May 1. The final motion is to accept the recommendation of the Tax Incentive Review Council to continue the incentive package for Transfreight LLC/Brett Properties for 2010.
