The students and staff at L. T. Ball Intermediate School in Tipp City invite the public to view and purchase raffle tickets for 13 gift baskets laden with a wide assortment of treasures. Tickets are $1 each, $5 for 8 tickets and $10 for 18 tickets. Proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society as part of the Miami County Relay for Life event, scheduled May 7 and 8, 2010, at the Miami County Fairgrounds, 650 N. These valuable baskets are on display at L. T. Ball, 575 N. Hyatt Street, Tipp City, or can be viewed at the school website: www.tippcityschools.com/ltball.  Prizes include a Huffy bicycle, a Wii Console, Vera Bradley fashions, Cincinnati Reds’ tickets, Ohio State items, games, movies, an iPod, gardening fun, restaurant gift cards and much, much more!
In its sixth year, the 2010 basket fund-raiser is dedicated in loving memory of Mrs. Kitty Lobo, Tipp City Schools Communications Director from 1994-2010.
