Dr. Randy Overbeck was the speaker at the November 30th, 2011 Tipp City Rotary Club meeting. Dr. Overbeck is the former Superintendent from the Xenia school system and author of the book “Leave No Teacher Behind.” His fiction book is about a heroic teacher, and during his presentation he highlighted several other real world heroic teachers.
