At the February 12, 2014 meeting Tipp City Rotarians leaned about the online auto auction process by Nathan Dowds of Manheim Auto Auctions. Manheim was founded in 1945, has over 70 auction locations in America, and processes 120,000 online vehicle sales each day. The majority of sales are for car dealers who want to remarket their inventory and find used cars for their lots. Nathan showed the Rotarians the online auction process which lasts on average about 1 minute per car. Pictured are Nathan Dowds and Program Chairperson Joel Gruber.
