At the Tipp Monroe Community Services’ January Board of Trustees meeting, elections will be held to fill three board seats. The intent of this letter is to encourage anyone who lives in Tipp City and Monroe Township, who might be interest in becoming a trustee to contact the TMCS Executive Director Kathryn L. Taylor at the Community Services office 667-8631. She will be happy to answer any questions concerning the roles of individual trustees and the entire board. Dead-line to submit applications is Friday, December 4, 2009.
A continuing goal of the TMCS Board, Advisory Committee and staff is to meet the needs of the community in recreation, community education, cultural and social services. Input from the community assists Community Services in achieving this goal. By sitting on the TMCS Board of Trustees, residents can take part in fulfilling immediate needs while planning the future of Tipp Monroe Community Services.
