Antique & Artisan Show to Draw Specialty Artists and Entertainment

TIPP CITY, Ohio (May 20, 2011) – The 8th Annual Antique & Artisan Show is scheduled for Saturday, June 25, 2011 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Main Street in historic downtown Tipp City, Ohio.  Event attendees will experience a full day of outdoor excitement including live demonstrations, shopping, food, music and entertainment.

A limited number of spaces are still available for distinctive vendors, dealers, and artists to display their memorabilia, collectibles, and handcrafted items to over 1000 attendees. The cost for a 16’x16′ space is $50.

The Tipp City Area Arts Council will present staged and group entertainment throughout the day, including Amanda Bessler’s “Tribute to America” kicking off the event at 10am, local acoustic guitarist Todd Sonnanstine, a strolling banjo player, and returning again are the always entertaining belly dancers.

Tipp City United Methodist Church will host a light breakfast in their main lobby from 8 a.m. – 10 a.m.  There will be a Spaghetti Supper will be in the basement of the Monroe Township Building from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.  A variety of other food vendors will be available the entire day along with the local restaurants throughout downtown Tipp City.

Again this year, vendors from the Tippecanoe Farmer’s Market will be available for the entire day and the Tippecanoe Historical Society will be open from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. with a featured exhibit honoring military families from Tipp City.
