In support of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation(JDRF), all local Applebee’s will be donating 10% of your bill back to JDRF.
As many of you know, my son Connor was diagnosed with Type-1 Juvenile Diabetes when he was three, and I wanted to share with my friends and the community the support that Applebee’s has shown for our fight for a cure.

OK, so what do I have to do in order to have 10% of my Applebee’s bill go to support life saving research?

Click Here and Print This Form and take it with you to Applebee’s and give it to your server on April 20th. And they will take 10% of your bill and donate it back to JDRF.
