On June 25th, 2011 at the Ohio Democratic Party State Dinner, special guest Vice President Joe Biden, the Ohio Democratic Party and Chairman Chris Redfern recognized Kelly Gillis of Tipp City in Miami County as the Small County Chairman of the Year. The award was given for outstanding service on behalf of Democrats in Ohio and Miami County.
