The Scarecrow Contest is going on at the Fall Farm Festival at Lost Creek Reserve, 2645 E. St. Rt. 41, Troy. Festival hours are Saturday, Oct. 09 – 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 10 – noon to 5 p.m. The displays are judged by the public. Winners will be announced at 3 p.m. on Sunday.
The Tipp City Library display was constructed by Children’s Services Specialist, Julie Smith with help from other Tipp City Public Library staff.
