Children from Main Street Preschool’s afternoon Multi-Age Class have been watching the progress on Main Street in front of their school.
As a small group project, several continue to observe the progress along the street and make predictions about when the road will be ready for the asphalt. The town anxiously waits with them for the grand opening on October 26 during “Celebrate Streetscape” when a full day of activities are planned. The preschoolers will walk along the new sidewalks soon to visit downtown businesses during their annual Halloween Parade.
