Weekley, Ferne Thomas age 92 of Tipp City, Ohio died Sunday, April 18, 2010 at her daughter Shirley Otero’s home in Dayton. Prior to her illness she was a resident of Liberty Commons in Tipp City. Private graveside services will be held at Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City. Arrangements entrusted to FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 West Main St. Tipp City, OH 45371.
