Tipp City Rotary Club completed their annual Rotary Four-Way Test Speech Contest at the Tipp City High School Performing Arts Center on Thursday, March 1, 2018.  The contest asks the students to compose a speech 4-6 minutes in length and relate the topic of Leadership and the Rotary Four-Way Test.  The Rotary Four-Way Test is:  Of the things we think, say or do:  Is it the Truth?  Is it fair to all concerned?  Will it build goodwill and better friendships?  Is it beneficial to all concerned?  Six students prepared wonderful presentations for the competition.  Topics included, Learning Disabilities, Controversial Topics/Happiness, Hip Hop and Rap Music, Being a Captain of a team, Bullying, and Eating Disorders.  Tipp City Rotarian’s then judged the contestants.  First Place Jessica Miller, Second place Wanderley  Ebanks, Third Place Nick Loges, Fourth place Austin Rogers.  Pictured left to right:  Kyle Moore Teacher/Advisor, Wanderley Ebanks, Jessica Miller, Austin Rogers, Nick Loges, Doug Thompson, Tipp City Rotary Speech Contest Chair.
