Tipp City Schools will open Wednesday, August 20, for students in grades 1-12.
Kindergarten will begin Monday, August 25.
Tipp City Schools will hold an auction at 4:30 p.m., Thursday, August 7, at Broadway Elementary, to liquidate items no longer able to be used by the schools, such as furniture, athletic equipment, copiers, computers and more. It is open to the public. Patrons may preview the items in the school gym from 1-4:30 p.m., prior to the auction.
Orientations:
4th grade, and 5th graders new to the school district – Tuesday, August 12, 6:30 p.m., at LT Ball Intermediate; 6thth/8th graders new to the district – Tuesday, August 12, 6:30 p.m. or Wednesday, August 13, 10 a.m., at Tippecanoe Middle School; 7th/8th graders may pick up class schedules 1-3 p.m., Wednesday, August 13; 9th grade orientation and schedule pickup Tuesday, August 12, 1-2:30 p.m. at Tippecanoe High School. grade, and 7
Open Houses – Tuesday, August 19: Broadway and Nevin Coppock elementaries 4-6 p.m.; LT Ball Intermediate 4:30-6:30 p.m.; Tippecanoe Middle School 5-7 p.m.; Tippecanoe High School 6-8 p.m.
Season tickets to Tippecanoe home football or basketball games are now available to the public on a first-come, first-served basis. Patrons may purchase student passes or family passes in the main office at the high school. Office hours are 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Meet the Teams: Friday, August 15, 6 p.m., the fall athletes, cheerleaders and marching band will be introduced at the high school stadium adjacent to the Tipp City Park. Stay after for a football scrimmage with Eaton at 7 p.m.
