The Tipp City Rotary Club was honored to have State District 80 Representative Dr. Richard Adams speak at the August 21st, 2013 meeting. Representative Adams discussed the legislative process, summer “recess,” and the state budget. He then gave an overview of pending legislation focusing on Medicaid.
