Melissa Price, Director, of the Tipp City Enrichment Program (TCEP) was the speaker at the November 29 Rotary Meeting. Melissa has been with TCEP since it was founded by her mother Martha Weaver in 2007, and became TCEP’s Director in 2012. TCEP offers Pre-School/Pre-K, Before & After School, Drop-In, Summer Programs, and K through 5th Grade Programs. TCEP is located in the old Central building and has 160 children currently enrolled. Pictured are Melissa Price and Program Chairperson Lisa Santucci.
