Tom Cochran spoke to the Tipp City Rotary Club on August 10, 2010. Tom is and attorney and former History Teacher at Tippecanoe High School, who spoke about Pearl Harbor and the intelligence failures that led to the disaster on December 7, 1941. He discussed the various strategies, tactics, losses on Battleship Row, and the aftermath including the US war plans. Pictured are Tom Cochran (left) and 2010-2011 Rotary President Mark Mabelitini.
