Frances Boynes from the Miami County Park District spoke at the Tipp City Rotary Club on January 20, 2010. Frances discussed the benefits of outdoor recreation. Being outside provides a wide variety of physical and mental benefits. These benefits range from overall better health to improved test scores in school.
