Roger Luring and Jason Farley spoke at the April 14, 2010 Tipp City Rotary Meeting about Bankruptcy laws. They discussed the different types of bankruptcies being Chapter 7, Chapter 13, Chapter 11, and Chapter 12. Roger review a hypothetical bankruptcy with the Rotarians then answered questions.
