Troy Resident Named One of Dayton’s 25 Women to Watch in 2013

Troy resident Nicolette Winner was named one of Dayton’s 25 Women to Watch in 2013 by Women in Business Networking (WiBN) on February 10. She will be honored during a gala at Hope Hotel and Conference Center on March 2.

 

A Certified Volunteer Administrator (CVA), Winner serves as the Volunteer Resources Manager for Community Blood Center/Community Tissue Services in Dayton. She is a member of the Miami Valley Association of Volunteer Administrators (MVAVA), as well as a founding member and current Chair of Helping Young Professionals Emerge in Miami County. She is a 2002 graduate of Ohio Northern University. In addition to this award, she was named one of Dayton’s Forty Under 40 by the Dayton Business Journal in 2009 and Outstanding Volunteer Administrator by MVAVA in 2008. Winner resides in Troy with her husband, Adam, and sons, Grady and Graham.

 

Candidates for this honor are nominated by presiding watchables, and others are chosen by WiBN’s “Watch Committee”. Nominations are considered from all professions including finance, politics, law, the arts, education, science, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and community volunteers. WiBN’s watchable women are making a difference in the Dayton region and are women who are noted for their leadership, community service, and professional achievements.
