Charlie Parmenter, program host, invited Steve Longenecker, fellow Rotarian and member of the Salem Church of God, as our guest speaker at the February 21 West Milton Rotary Club meeting. Steve talked about his recent mission trip with several from his church to Haiti by showing several pictures of the horrible conditions since the earthquake on January 12, 2010. His group helped build small houses for 6 to 12 people and stucco the walls for those in need. He talked about the vast hopelessness and despair of those still living in Haiti.
