BETHEL TOWNSHIP?- Bethel Elementary students, with the help of Wayne High School and Bethel community members, have collected more than 253 pounds of Halloween candy to send to victims of Hurricane Sandy on the East Coast. With the help of one of the elememtary teachers, who has a sister in the area, the candy will go to Ocean Road Elementary and Nellie Bennett Elementary in?Point Pleasant, N.J., The only question now – how to pay for all the loads to be shipped? To help with packing supplies or cost, contact Bethel Principal Jodi Petty at (937) 845-9439 or pettyj@bethel.k12.oh.us.
