BROWNIES/GIRL SCOUTS TO TRIM CHRISTMAS TREE AT MUPL

The West Milton Brownie Troop #31024 and Girl Scout Troop #31073 will be holding a food drive at the Milton-Union Public Library from Monday, December 5 through Monday, December 19. They have created wonderful wiggly Girl Scout snowmen and snowflake tree decorations that can be taken home for a donation of a non-perishable item. All donations will go to feed families in need in the West Milton area. Stop by the library to see how beautiful these girls have made our tree, drop off your donation and take home a decoration for your own tree.

A reminder to everyone: Santa will also be at the library on Tuesday, December 13th from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. We will have crafts, snacks and of course the opportunity to tell Santa just what the little ones want for Christmas. Once again we will be taking photos of the children sitting with Santa. These photos will be printed and available for pick-up beginning Wednesday after the party.

The library is located at 560 S. Main Street, West Milton, and is open Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.  For more information, please visit the library, call 698-5515 or go to www.mupubliclibrary.org.
