Good morning Tipp City! TippNews DAILY is going to be a BIG part of the action this weekend that is rapidly approaching. With the likes of Old Crow Medicine Show and Mumford and Sons, why wouldn’t we?
I’d like to announce that TippNews has a special micro-site setup at GOTRTROY.COM to cover all of the action. We will also be publishing select updates to Tippnews.com during the weekend as the entertainment news funnels in. The Gentlemen of the Road Stopover Tour (hashtag #gotrtroy) will be taking place August 30-31st in Troy, Ohio. We will have a combined 30+ citizen journalists, bloggers, reporters, and photographers present for the live performances taking place on 4 stages setup around Troy’s downtown.
Why is GOTRTROY unique?
Well, I am glad you asked. Events, happenings, experiences, photos, videos and blogs will be posted to the site by citizen journalists and bloggers from far off places like Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Massachusetts, and Kentucky. Basically, if you are a fan of Mumford and Sons, and you have a smart phone.. We are getting you in the action! Expect to see photos and read stories posted from the campsite areas, vendors, local restaurants and businesses, as well as from front row, center stage during each and every performance.

How can I participate?
If you are going to be at the concert, or even visiting the venue this weekend YOU can be a part of history!
