TMST Wins 5C’s League Championships And Finishes Summer Swim Season Undefeated!

Coach Renee Rambeau, seen below after being thrown into the pool in victory, is the coach of the 2012 Undefeated, League Champion Tipp Monroe Swim Team (TMST).  Saturday, July 21 at the Tipp Aquatic Center, TMST hosted 5 teams for the 5Cs Championship.  The last time Tipp was the host of the Championships was 1999.  Botkins, Bellefontaine, Minster, Troy and Versailles all traveled to Tipp City for this competition.

Some fierce swimming was setting the pool ablaze as TMST Swimmer, Jay Bell, set a new championship record in the 13-14 boys 50 fly event with a time of 28.61.  Many other championship records were broken by teams in the league and we congratulate all those swimmers.   The 9-10 girls relay team won first place in both their Medley and Free Relays.  Congrats to all the TMST swimmers!

TMST members would like to thank the City of Tipp City, Dayton Pool Management and all the volunteers that it took to host the event.  The beautiful weather was also a plus.
