Mike Lightle from the Tipp City Area Community Foundation spoke at the Tipp City Rotary Club on May 12. Mike discussed the history of the Tipp City Area Community Foundation dating back to 1943 and some of the various projects, activities, and programs the 18 funds within the Foundation support.
