Dan Neitzke, program host, invited Representative Richard N. Adams and Troy Councilman, Bobby Phillips as our guest speakers at the October 31 West Milton Rotary Club meeting. Mr. Phillips spoke on the pros and cons of State Issue 2 Referendum on government and union negotiations (Senate Bill 5) and gave the Rotarians an opportunity to ask questions. Representative Adams then gave an overview of the other election issues on the ballot this November such as the judge’s age reform, State Issue 3 on federal Health Care Requirement and some additional comments on State Issue 2. He also talked about the delay in referendum for election reform to 2012 and then answered questions from the Rotarians.
