TIPP CITY, OH (January 14, 2011) – The Downtown Tipp City Partnership (DTCP) has hired Liz Sonnanstine (a TippNews Contributor) as Membership & Volunteer Coordinator. This part-time position will be responsible for the DTCP annual Membership Drive as well as organizing and coordinating downtown events.
Liz served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Downtown Tipp City Partnership and Chair of the Promotion Committee in 2010. Previously, she spent 4 years with the Columbus Chamber of Commerce in Columbus, Ohio managing various projects including the membership database, Small Business Council and event planning. Prior to this position, she was the Marking Coordinator / Account Manager at an IT Consulting firm, Applied Performance Technologies.
Liz graduated from Elon University in Elon, North Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. In 2009, Liz moved from Columbus, Ohio to Bethel Township in Tipp City to live on the family farm with her husband Todd and two children, Benjamin and Natalie.
