Rotarian and Tipp City Police Chief Burris invited Officer David Michel to talk to the Tipp City Rotarians about Active Shooters. Officer Michel emphasized “RUN, HIDE, FIGHT” as what we should do in this situation as recommended by the Department of Homeland Security.
