WHIO-TV coverage from Northen Bureau Chief Steve Baker reports a late night high speed chase that ended safely. Tipp City’s Sgt. Chris Graham was in on the apprehension of the suspect who admits to being in Tipp City looking for money to feed his serious crack addiction.
