Representing Tipp City in Ohio’s 8th District, House Minority Leader John Boehner reacted strongly to the eventual passage of the landmark healthcare legislation last evening. Boehner, known for his fiery and emotion-filled commentaries referred to how President Obama campaigned on transparency of government without making deals “behind closed doors”. The legislation which passed the House last night with a simple majority will now be reconciled with the much less expensive Senate healthcare bill which passed in late December.
