Family Holiday Parties top the list of upcoming events at Tipp City Public Library. Make plans now to attend either Tuesday, Dec. 13 or Thursday, Dec. 15 at 6:30 p.m.

Everyone will enjoy holiday stories. Children will have an opportunity to visit with Santa, and families will share in making an ornament that will bring back happy memories for years to come. Also, there will be a holiday themed game to play and treats for all.

Registration is required. Attendance will be limited to 50 children and their families at each party.

THERE’S MUSIC IN THE LIBRARY

Visit the library on Saturday afternoons now through Christmas for the Music in the Library concert series. On Saturday, Dec. 10 from 2 to 3 p.m., relax as Instrumental and Vocal Music Teacher, Danny Elam leads a select group of students from Bethel High School in a holiday concert.  Later that afternoon, from 3 to 4 p.m., Randall Wellborn will play the guitar. Wellborn has taught guitar locally, and he’s a wonderful addition to this series which features local musicians. Music in the Library is sponsored by Jeff and Lisa Hendricks of the Tippecanoe Veterinary Hospital and The Friends of the Tipp City Public Library.

MYSTERY LOVERS MEET HERE
The Mystery Lovers Discussion Group will consider Trouble in Town Hall by Jeanne Dams at 7 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 12. Follow popular sleuth Dorothy Martin as she sorts through two murders in a proper  English setting.

Dessert and refreshments will be served. Copies of the book are available at the front desk.

TRUSTEES TO MEET

The Tipp City Library Board of Trustees will hold their monthly meeting at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 13.
