The October 13, 2010 Tipp City Rotary speaker was Chris Cook, the Assistant Miami County Health Department Commissioner. He reviewed the various programs and services provided by the Health Department, and explained that the services are designed to keep people healthy, not treat people after they are ill. Chris talked briefly about the upcoming healthy services renewal levy on the November ballot and its importance to Miami County.
