Newly appointed Chief of Police Eric Burris was the speaker at the September 4th, 2013 Tipp City Rotary Club meeting. Chief Burris is an 18-year veteran of the Tipp City Police Department and was selected as Chief from the 25+ candidates. Chief Burris gave an overview of the Tipp City Police Department and his philosophy about creating partnerships for a better community. Chief Burris is seeking to strengthen partnerships with the citizens/neighborhoods, businesses, Tipp-Monroe Community Services, and the Tippecanoe Schools.
