Meet author, Meaghan Fisher when she visits Tipp City Public Library with copies of her new children’s book, Lars the Monkey Flies a WACO Airplane.

She will be in the library’s main lobby on Tuesday, March 30 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. She has promised to bring along copies of the book for purchase and signing. Mrs. Fisher is also a published poet. She and her husband live in Troy with their two dogs.

CONTEST WINNER

Congratulations to Laura Diltz, the winner of the library’s “We Remember February Fondly” photo contest. She was among those who correctly identified Tipp’s snow covered landmarks. Her name, along with the names of those with tying scores, was entered into a drawing on March 13. Her prizes included a library T-shirt, and Meijer’s gift card.

APRIL FOOL’S DAY PROGRAM

Fourth and fifth graders are invited to a program all about April Fools Day at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 31. Registration is required.

YOGA FOR YOUTH

Students in grades four and up are invited to Yoga basics at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 03. Registration is appreciated. Please bring a mat or blanket.
