At the annual public meeting held in February, the Board of Directors bid farewell to our past officers pictured above and voted in their 2010 officers. New officers are Zachary Jacobs-President, Scott Vagedes-First Vice President, Rick Mains Jr.-Second-Vice President and Jesse Chamberlain-Treasurer. All officers are volunteers and have dedicated many hours of their expertise to our United Way and to our local community. We are very privileged to have this exemplary group of individuals working toward the betterment of others.
We pay a special tribute to our past and present officers along with our 2010 outgoing board members Randy Hampton, and Mary Bowman. Without their support and hard work, we would not be able to accomplish what we do in our community.
Our board members know that there are basic things we all need for a good life: a quality education that leads to a stable job, income that can support a family through retirement, and good health. At your local United Way, we are working together to create this kind of long-lasting change. Thank you, for your community support and for the support of our Officers and Board of Directors.
