Tipp City and Goodwill Easter Seals Miami Valley (GESMV) are partnering for a community electronics recycling event Saturday, September 13, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Tipp City Government Center, 260 South Garber Drive, Tipp City.
Goodwill Easter Seals Miami Valley is a participant in the Dell ReConnect program and follows the highest standards for environmental safety. The program helps GESMV provide a variety of jobs for people with disabilities in the community. Working and non-working items accepted include computers, monitors, cell phones, hard drives, printers, toner cartridges, keyboards, mice, speakers, cords/cables, software, routers/switches, fire walls, servers and scanners. No televisions will be accepted. Receipts for tax purposes will be provided to those who donate.
“We are looking forward to collaborating with the residents of Tipp City and giving them an opportunity to recycle their unwanted computers and accessories,” said Fred Lageman, Business Development Manager at Goodwill Easter Seals.
