If you were planning on enjoying breakfast or a slice of pie from Bob Evans this week you are out of luck. The Tipp City location, along with many others in the Miami Valley are remodeling and adding a bakery to their operations. For years Bob Evans has been well known for the quality of their baked goods, and this remodel definitely helps to demonstrate their skills.
These photos were sent to us by Bill Johnson, master pie-maker and veteran manager at the Tipp City Bob Evans. The Bob Evans employees are not sitting on their laurels during the remodel, the corporate office has the employees in training this week, building their customer service skills and knowledge of the product. When the store opens again on Monday, Feb. 21st be ready for some first-class service along with a new and updated look to their facility.
