Land, Mary Belle age 86 of Troy, Ohio, formerly Tipp City, passed away Friday June 17, 2011 at Troy Care and Rehabilitation Center. Born March 19, 1925 in Tipp City, Ohio to the late Ernest Macy and Lillie M. {McCord} Fry. Also preceding her in death are sisters; Geneva Krieger and Esther Calicoat. She is survived by her children; Bruce and his wife Cherie Land, Troy, Brenda Land, Troy, Brian and his wife Judy Land, Tipp City and Cynthia Dyan and her husband Rick Harvey, California, Rick Calicoat, Englewood, 13 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Mary was a member of the United Methodist Church and a former member of the American Legion Auxiliary, VFW Auxiliary and Eagles Auxiliary all in Tipp City and Local Union 501. She was a homemaker and had retired from Elm Packaging, Troy. Funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM Thursday June 23, 2011 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME 327 W. Main St. Tipp City, Ohio 45371 burial to follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City. Visitation 5 to 8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Contributions may be made in Mary’s name to Hospice of Miami County.
