Tipp City’s Mayor, Dee Gillis and her husband Kelly Gillis recently visited our nation’s capitol and met with Ohio Senator, Sherrod Brown.
This month has been a whirlwind of political activity for our Mayor as she has been host to high profile figures such as Governor Ted Strickland, Ohio’s first lady Frances Strickland, Vice President Joe Biden (in Dayton) as well as attended events with Democratic candidate for Ohio’s 8th US District, Justin Cassoule.
Mayor Gillis continues to make it a priority to meet with local residents at scheduled breakfasts, lunches and around town to “talk shop” on a range of topics including the economy, taxes, city services, and road construction.
