The Tipp City Rotary Club’s speakers on August 3rd, 2011 were Chuck Edgerly & Bradley Blackmore from the Army National Guard. Brad is a Troy native, and his PowerPoint presentation reviewed his recent deployment to Iraq and Afghanistan. Chuck is from Tipp City and also has served in Iraq.
