As part of the Wellness Week events planned by Tippecanoe High School, Miami Valley Hospital along with the Tipp City Fire, EMS and Police Departments all participated in a Drive Smart Program (Mock Crash) on Tues. May 4th.
The Drive Smart Program is part of the Wellness week festivities that take place the week before the High Prom and is designed to make our high school students aware of the consequences of driving under the influence, distracted driving and texting. The program also provides a valuable training exercise for the Police, Fire and EMS. Several high school students participated in the program, playing the victims of a fatal car crash.
