On Thursday, September 26, 2013, Amie Bowser Tennant presented “Genealogy from Home….for Free” in the Milton-Union Public Library’s Multi-Purpose Room.
Ms. Tennant’s class taught beginners how to start their genealogical research from home, using free computer resources. As the attendees followed step-by-step instructions, she was able to help them learn how to use FamilySearch, online library archives, and hard-to-find websites for the avid genealogist.
