Doug Trimbach, Vice President, receives the Associate of the Year Award. Mr. Trimbach is an experienced lighting engineer and auditor, with more than seven years’ experience in the industry. He is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and Association of Energy Engineers Zac Lentz, Crew Leader, receives the Installer of the Year Award. Mr. Lentz first entered the lighting industry four years ago when he joined the Energy Optimizers, USA team. He was born and raised in Dayton Ohio and is a graduate of Dayton’s Chaminade Julienne High School. In his spare time, Mr. Lentz enjoys cooking and disk golf.
Randy Overholser, Crew Leader, receives the President’s Award. Mr. Overholser has been working in the lighting industry for nearly ten years, and has been with Lighting Optimizers, USA since its founding in 2011. Mr. Overholser is a proud father to five-year-old Halley and enjoys writing music.
