From the Dayton Daily News:
TIPP CITY — One person died Wednesday morning, Jan. 14, during a series of crashes along Interstate 75 during a snow storm. A Tipp City Police Department clerk said it was not known if the person died as a result of a crash or a medical condition. The crash occurred on the interstate in the Tipp City area.
Near the exit to County Road 25A, 14 vehicles were involved in another series of collisions, the dispatcher said. A section of Interstate 75 north and south of Tipp City was closed for a time due to snow and traffic accidents. The Ohio Highway Patrol at Piqua asked drivers to avoid the interstate north and south of Tipp City around 10:30 a.m. Traffic was diverted to County Road 25A, which runs parallel to the interstate.
