Carli Amlin Dean, ABR, CRS and local Realtor with the Amlin Advantage of RE/MAX Alliance Realty has been accepted into the very first Dayton Area Board of REALTOR’S Leadership Development Program. Carli is one of only twenty-two accepted applicants.
This specialty training is designed for emerging and future leaders for the REALTOR association and the community. The Leadership Development Program is intended to increase awareness of real estate and association management issues and challenges, and to explore the purpose, structure and benefits of the national, state and local associations.
It will include acquainting these Realtors with knowledge of our communities, governmental initiatives, programs and identifying how Realtors can relate these to their business. In addition, it will offer skill development with team building and communication to develop even more effective leaders.
